Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with and educating our customers, providing them with a seamless shopping experience. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Work with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, including providing product recommendations and handling sales transactions.
  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to the overall success of our store by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and participating in visual merchandising and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous sales experience an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
