We are a dynamic and growing massage therapy clinic seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearAbout the Role

The Support Team Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members
  • Maintaining Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person
  • Administrative Support: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, type and proofread correspondence, and assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 7 months of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently
