About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Team Evolve Ltd.

Job Description
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our office environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective office procedures and routines, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring timely confirmation and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone inquiries and electronic communications promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to support business decisions.
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies, maintaining a well-organized and stocked workspace.
  • Welcoming guests and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to essential documents.
  • Create and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours of work per week, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
