Job Title: Systems Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Technical Support Analyst to join our team at EliteGlobal Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
  • Offer advice and training to users to resolve identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise and lead a team of technical support workers.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused and organized with a strong team player attitude.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • English language required.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
