We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and cleaning duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, and other areas as required.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Tools and Equipment: Maintain and use tools and equipment as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Language: English or French.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
