Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Le Citadin 2022 I.N.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of our residential buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting common areas
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment as needed
  • Work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a maintenance or custodial role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
