Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Le Citadin 2022 I.N.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of our residential facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment as needed
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of our facilities
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a maintenance or custodial role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for long periods.
Language: French
Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
