Healthcare Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Liaison to join our team at Cencora. As a key point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination of patient services and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for patients, gathering information and educating them on program services.
- Be a reimbursement expert, ensuring timely and continuous access to therapy for patients.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate patient services and ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Manage all aspects of coverage to maximize and maintain prescription drug coverage.
- Regularly interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
- Experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree is an asset.
