Lead Vehicle Rental Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding new and existing team members through company policies, processes, and role-specific tools to ensure seamless integration and effective workflow.
  • Creating efficient schedules and managing timesheet compliance to optimize workforce utilization and meet operational demands.
  • Ensuring rental counter activities run smoothly and maintaining high levels of operational excellence in all aspects of vehicle rentals.
  • Fostering meaningful connections with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Managing vehicle clean-ups, maintenance, and timely deliveries and pick-ups to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Signing off on daily business reports and driving accountability across the team to ensure transparency and success.
  • Proactively addressing customer concerns while collaborating with direct supervisors to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain precision and accuracy in all tasks and duties assigned.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license, which is a requirement for this position.
  • Proven track record in supervisory roles, showcasing strong team management skills and the ability to lead effectively.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in fast-paced environments, ensuring deadlines are met and productivity remains high.
  • Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
