Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and direction of our logistics services, ensuring maximum branch, metro, and district productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategies to achieve financial objectives and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor scorecard items, determine root causes, and opportunities for improvement, providing coaching and feedback to staff and recommending corrective actions.
  • Sales and customer service support, processing rental quotations, reservations, and contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring staff is trained and compliant with the Rental Flow Process, driving profitability by monitoring and controlling costs.
  • Motivate, coach, and train personnel, promoting a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, personal compliance, accountability, and communication.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
  • 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
Salary Range:$36.40 - $52.40 About Us
