Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at The Sequence Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers and staff on a regular basis. The work environment will be dynamic and challenging, requiring the ability to think on one's feet and make quick decisions.
