Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
Job Summary:The Shift Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including preparing and portioning food, cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and sanitary, including cleaning equipment, floors, and surfaces, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
- Safety Procedures: Train staff in safety procedures, including emergency response plans, fire extinguisher use, and first aid techniques.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on inventory, sales, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a Shift Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
- Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties and safety procedures, estimate ingredient and supplies required, hire food service staff, address customers' complaints, maintain records of stock and sales, prepare and submit reports.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player.
- Government Programs: Recognized employer.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
