Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and supervise team members.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
