At Bar George, we're seeking a skilled Morning Hostess to join our team. As a Morning Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Warmly greet guests and manage restaurant flow to maximize seating capacity.
- Take ownership of guest interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and managers to maintain a smooth service.
- Accurately take and confirm reservations, modifying guest status in Open Table as needed.
- Develop a briefing sheet before each shift to inform colleagues of upcoming events and special requests.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience.
