We are looking for a Director of SRE/DevOps with a strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Golang) and experience leading high-performing SRE/DevOps teams in rapidly growing companies. You will also have strong experience scaling Kubernetes infrastructure, cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP, and security focused experience - disaster recovery, risk management, incident response processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the SRE/DevOps division to scale the core infrastructure 5x/10x in alignment with the company's rapid growth
* Take ownership of all security aspects of the platform
* Provide a high level of technical/strategic direction and leadership
* Experience leading high-performing SRE/DevOps teams in rapidly growing companies
* Strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Golang)
* Strong experience scaling Kubernetes infrastructure
* Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
* Security focused experience - disaster recovery, risk management, incident response processes
