About the Role:

As a Director of SRE/DevOps, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our platform and provide technical leadership to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SRE/DevOps team to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our platform
  • Provide technical leadership to drive innovation and growth
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery, risk management, and incident response processes
  • Work closely with the security team to ensure the security of our platform

Requirements:

  • Experience leading high-performing SRE/DevOps teams in rapidly growing companies
  • Strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Golang)
  • Strong experience scaling Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
  • Security focused experience - Disaster recovery, Risk management, Incident response processes
