Director of SRE/DevOps

We are seeking a seasoned Director of SRE/DevOps to lead our high-performing team in scaling our core infrastructure 5x/10x in alignment with our rapid growth.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing technical/strategic direction and leadership to our SRE/DevOps division. Your mission will be to drive the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing SRE/DevOps teams in rapidly growing companies.
  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies, including scaling Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to the SRE/DevOps division.
  • Take ownership of all security aspects of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Golang).
  • Experience scaling Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP.
  • Security focused experience, including disaster recovery, risk management, and incident response processes.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary up to $CAD 270,000.

  • Hybrid 2 days per week in-office location in Toronto.
