About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team Members

Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations.

Emergency Response and Crisis Management

Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring that all team members are trained and prepared to respond to critical situations.

Security Operations and Procedures

Establish and maintain effective security protocols, procedures, and policies to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Client Relations and Communication

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their security needs are met.

Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for security team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Reporting and Compliance

Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Security Guard License

A valid security guard license is required for this role.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
