Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective schedules to ensure seamless coverage of security shifts.

Supervise Security Team Members

Provide guidance, training, and support to security team members to ensure they are equipped to handle various situations.

Assist Clients and Guests

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Emergency Response

Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response to maintain the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining detailed records of security incidents and activities.

Materials and Supplies

Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure the security team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.

Training and Development

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Supervision and Leadership

Provide guidance and support to security team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.

Certifications and Licenses

Security Guard License.

Language

English.

Work Conditions

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organized, reliable, and a team player.
