About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective support.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining efficient inventory levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing conflicts.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Security Guard License
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
