Position Overview

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of security personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

Work Environment

This role is situated within a security guard agency, where the supervisor will manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks as necessary.
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery.
  • Prepare and present reports on progress and other relevant metrics.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies for operations.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions for productivity enhancement.
  • Supervise and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety measures, and organizational policies.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee a team of 5-10 security personnel.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License is mandatory.
