Junior to Intermediate Construction Contract Administrator

Architecture49 is seeking a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our Halifax team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site visits, attend site meetings, and oversee site activities to ensure quality control.
  • Assist with project progress and site reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Support shop drawings, answer Contractor requests for information, and issue contract changes.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years of experience in construction contract administration, with a focus on the construction phase of projects.
  • Strong technical and building envelope knowledge, with a solid understanding of codes and Nova Scotia construction practices.
  • Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or equivalent training are an asset.
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader.
