Construction Project Manager

NPN Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure seamless project execution
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency
  • Select trade subcontractors based on their expertise and reputation
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
