Job Description

The QMS Engineer will develop, implement, and monitor our compliance against established Quality Management Systems policies and procedures, ensuring standards, products, and services meet highest best-in-class quality standards.

  • Develop and lead an LPA program or similar audit practice to improve quality systems that exceed customer requirements.
  • Provide GAP analysis and action plans related to audit findings to ensure timely resolution of open items.
  • Lead and support the implementation of QMS ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO37301, and internal and external audits as required.
  • Prepare monthly compliance Quality Systems reports for the senior management team.
  • Organize document structure, maintain, follow, and review accuracy of document control process.
  • Measure performance based on continuous Warranty improvements, successful compliance to third-party audits, on-time completion of internal audits, and effective closure of corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality Management System function or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO quality systems.
  • Prior experience dealing with customer quality issues, including plant audits.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and a sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
