About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our community, you'll be responsible for providing supervisory support, leading by example, and ensuring quality care and services are being provided to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervisory support by taking attendance, managing call-offs/no shows, and responding to shift requests
  • Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents
  • Encourage personalized and meaningful resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs
  • Accurately document care and services provided to residents
  • Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred and may be required per state regulations
  • Ability to read, write, communicate effectively with Care Managers, Community Managers, residents, and family members
  • Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
  • Demonstrates leadership competencies
