We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Employee Benefits team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless implementation of employee benefits programs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Providing comprehensive client service and support for employee benefits programs.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  3. Coordinating client implementation processes, including applications, enrollments, and billing.
  4. Managing day-to-day account administration and ensuring accurate documentation.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.

What We Are Looking For
