**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Wealth, and Mobility team, you will play a vital role in the administration of our employee wellness programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in benefits administration for a global organization and possess strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee invoicing and billing for the team, support large-scale projects, and participate in recurring calls with vendors.

This is a hybrid role, requiring work on-site at least 3 days per week, and applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to the specified work location.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the ongoing operations and administration of our Sweaty Pursuits (fitness benefit) & Fund Your Future programs
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, internal teams, and vendors to resolve tier 1 & 2 inquiries
  • Lead and oversee invoicing and billing for the team
  • Support large-scale projects and lead smaller projects for program evolution and new benefits

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration for a global organization
  • Knowledge of North American savings plans (RRSP, 401k, DCP) and ESPPs is an asset
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
