About the Role

Award-winning AWC Solutions Ltd. is a leading provider of integrated water and wastewater treatment solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled InEight Estimator to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize InEight Estimating software to deliver accurate and efficient cost analyses for bid projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive InEight material databases.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and applications engineers to define project requirements and scope.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of client bid packages, project specifications, and drawings.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations to inform accurate cost assessments.
  • Create and maintain an estimating database to streamline the estimation process.
  • Prepare comprehensive handover packages post-award, facilitating a smooth transition to the project execution team.
  • Lead and mentor junior estimators, fostering skill development and professional growth within the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in estimation processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in estimating, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Proficiency in InEight Estimating software and familiarity with P&ID, process drawings, and design schematics.
  • Advanced education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline is an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a history of delivering high-quality, consistent results.
