Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Solutions Engineer to join our team at ClearBakk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment processes and technologies, with experience in designing and optimizing water treatment systems for various applications and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive proposals for water treatment projects, leveraging expertise in process design, technology selection, and cost estimation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative water treatment solutions that optimize efficiency, reliability, and performance.
* Lead the pre-FEED and FEED phases of project development, ensuring that proposed solutions align with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
* Oversee pilot studies to validate proposed treatment technologies and processes, analyze results, and incorporate findings into final proposals.
* Stay abreast of emerging water treatment technologies and trends, and recommend optimal solutions based on project objectives, technical requirements, and economic considerations.
* Develop accurate cost estimates for proposed projects, considering factors such as equipment, materials, labor, and ongoing operational expenses.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and tailor proposals to address their specific requirements and objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation is required.
* Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a similar role within the water/wastewater treatment industry, industrial utility fluid processing.
* Extensive experience in applying chemical, physical, and biological treatment schemes in the field, including start-up and ongoing operational support.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop competitive strategies.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong regional and industry connections, with a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
* Active involvement in industry associations and professional organizations related to water treatment and environmental engineering.
* Solid process engineering background, with expertise in designing and optimizing water treatment processes for various applications and industries.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess technical and commercial feasibility, risks, and opportunities.
* Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
