About the Role

AWC Process Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled InEight Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cost estimates for our water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimation and Cost Analysis: Utilize InEight Estimating software to produce detailed cost analyses for bid projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain InEight material databases to streamline the estimation process.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of work processes and procedures involving InEight, driving continuous improvement and innovation in estimation methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales teams and applications engineers to define project requirements and scope, and conduct detailed reviews of client bid packages, project specifications, and drawings.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior estimators, fostering skill development and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in estimating, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in InEight Estimating software and familiarity with P&ID, process drawings, and design schematics.
  • Education: Advanced education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline is an asset.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
