We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at GOGO AUTO GROUP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, typing, and proofreading correspondence and documents.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
- Train staff and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Supervise other workers and resolve conflict situations.
- Coach and monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Provide customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel and related itineraries.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
