Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare. As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will work with clients in their homes, using a holistic approach to therapy. This includes assessing client needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals. Our team provides intensive learning and development opportunities for new graduates, so if you are looking to advance your skills in community-based care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
• Work with clients in their homes, using a holistic approach to therapy
• Develop health promotion programs, prescribe equipment and supplies, and promote client safety

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
