We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, who can bring their expertise in integrated therapy services to our clients' homes. Our Occupational Therapists enjoy a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters independence and adaptability.

As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and occasional pediatric referrals. You will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of therapy skills to improve the well-being of your clients and build your passion for home care.

If you are a new Occupational Therapist graduate, our team provides intensive learning and development opportunities to upskill you on community-based work.

We offer Full Time and Part Time opportunities, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs. You will be assigned to geographic areas around Muskoka, Ontario, including Huntsville, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop accurate therapy care plans based on clients' real environments.
  • Develop health promotion programs, prescribe equipment and supplies, and promote client safety.
  • Exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients.
  • Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary healthcare team to build holistic treatment goals and service plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
