Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality therapy services to clients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, utilizing your expertise to develop personalized therapy plans that promote independence and well-being.

As an Occupational Therapist with Closing the Gap, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing therapy plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care. You will have the flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including client homes, and will have access to a range of resources and support to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Implement therapy plans in client homes and other settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
