Restaurant Operations Manager

SAANVI ENTERPRISE INC. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure quality control standards are met in food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
