Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position.
