About The One Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The One Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
  • Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
