About The One Restaurant

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Certifications and Training: Ensure that all staff have the necessary certifications, such as Smart Serve, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the ability to relocate for this position
  • Language: Fluency in English
