About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant Coordinator will provide administrative support to our leadership team, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
