Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at the Canada Pathway Foundation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reports.
  • Oversee payroll administration and greet visitors.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents.
  • Recruit and hire staff members and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The working hours are 35 hours per week.

Compensation
