The Executive Chef will oversee the preparation and presentation of food in our restaurant. As a key member of the kitchen team, this individual will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef with a strong background in menu planning, food safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Determine food portions and costs to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
