We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Little Beetle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations.

About the Role

As Executive Chef, you will lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in the preparation of menus, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, as well as analyzing operating costs and other data to inform business decisions.

You will supervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, and requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed. Additionally, you will plan menus to ensure food meets quality standards, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in kitchen management, with a focus on food safety, quality control, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
