Family Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Services Coordinator to join our team at the Child Development Institute. As a Family Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to children, youth, and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Lead assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to children and youth, ages 6-11, and their families.
- Conduct case management activities, including case review meetings and case conferences.
- Update client documentation and manage case closure activities.
- Participate in development planning, research activities, and ongoing service evaluation.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Eligibility to register with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
