Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at 14742281 Canada Inc. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs

  • Select and develop middle managers and executive staff
  • Manage finances and budget
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
