About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team at ELI ALUMINIUM INTERIORS & FURNITURE INC. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
