Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team at ELI ALUMINIUM INTERIORS & FURNITURE INC. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our retail store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and resolving issues that may arise.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date on market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and attract new customers.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial stability.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Resolve Issues and Recruit Staff: Address customer complaints, resolve supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week
