- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize our daily operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage our team members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement policies related to pricing and credits, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our services and products.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess and determine the necessary staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate and assess the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
