We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at CONSORT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze and assess the effectiveness of our daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize our daily operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage our team members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement policies related to pricing and credits, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our services and products.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess and determine the necessary staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate and assess the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
