Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Account Specialist to help us kick-start our sales career. As an Account Specialist, you will play a key role in acquiring new small business accounts, managing a full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a natural talent for building relationships, a passion for learning and career growth, and a laser-focused pursuit of success, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Acquiring new small business accounts via outbound sales campaigns
  2. Managing a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients
  3. Delivering best-in-class customer experiences and building strong relationships
  4. Actively listening to customers, completing needs analyses, and quickly identifying and recommending solutions to fit their current needs and future plans
