Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Drifters Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Sales and Revenue: Sell merchandise, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer requests, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, including inventory storage and display areas.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Permanent position
- 30 hours per week
- English language required
