About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Analyst to join our team at Belief Tech Development. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our database systems to ensure seamless data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Database Development and Implementation: Develop and implement strategic blueprints for database deployment, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Data Administration: Liaise with staff to understand data requirements, develop data administration policies, and ensure data access rules are in place.
  • Database Management: Operate database management systems to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest database software, including MySQL, SQL, and MS Windows, and ensure our systems are optimized for performance and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in database administration, development, or analysis.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of database management systems, data analysis, and technical expertise in MySQL, SQL, and MS Windows.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
